Every great wedding weekend begins with a welcome. For Morgan & Ryan, the first chapter unfolded at Castello di Celsa, near Siena, with a pizza party in Tuscany in the most authentic Italian style. We photographed and filmed an evening of warmth, music and joy: the perfect prelude to their wedding day.

With its gardens and its views over the Sienese countryside, Castello di Celsa turned a relaxed welcome dinner into a scene from a film. Under the summer sky, the castle hosted an evening their guests still talk about.

The evening: an authentic pizza party in Tuscany
Pizza stations, master pizza makers and a trio of musicians set the mood for a joyful yet elegant evening. Guests moved freely between the gardens, the music and the wood-fired ovens, in an atmosphere that was both refined and wonderfully relaxed.

This exclusive pizza party and rehearsal dinner was designed by Che Chic Wedding, specialists in destination weddings in Italy, with catering by Brindapino. Every flower and every table was composed with care, creating the perfect setting for photography and film.
A welcome dinner is when a destination wedding truly begins. At Castello di Celsa, it was the opening scene of a Tuscan weekend.
